From the beginning of their relationship, co-leading a summer running/ yoga group this couple have been inseparable since their first date and their wedding was no different. With no bridal party, just their sweet flower pup Zoe and her guide human Lily, the two enjoyed an Intimate Fall Wedding at Promise Ridge with absolutely no distractions or stress. Starting married life as they mean to go on, the couple spent the whole day together, assisting in getting each other ready and making sure they were both looking and feeling their best. With Jake proudly wearing his Grandfather’s pocket watch and Kim with her custom Mrs. wedding box, they faced the day together, just as they will now face every day of married life.

A small wedding doesn’t mean that you have to compromise on the things that mean the most to you. Kim and Jake prioritized their love for each other and made their day as stress-free as possible by making sure they put themselves and their loved ones first. The couple said ‘I do,’ in front of the stunning living wall at Promise Ridge, the perfect setting for their small and intimate ceremony.

Although they decided on a small ceremony, their day was still full of love and personality and as their photographer it was important I understood the couple and their connections with their families to ensure I captured their true personalities.
